T-bone steaks are often an overlooked steak but in many ways are superior to the two steaks you would normally get from cutting the bone out.  T-bones are extra-beefy because of the T shaped bone that runs through it and both extra tender on one side and nicely marbled on the other.  T-bones are perfect for the grill and hold up to high heat cooking very well.

Quality Control - All of our beef is USDA Choice or higher, dry-aged for 16 to 21 days for intense beefy flavor and buttery tenderness, and is hand carved by a master butcher at a family owned USDA processing facility. It is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
